At Artistic Homeware, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund terms below, which are designed to ensure clarity and transparency for all our customers.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, sealed, and untampered with.
  • Returns are accepted only if:
    • The wrong item was delivered.
    • The item is damaged upon delivery.
    • The packaging has not been opened.

If your return request meets the above conditions:

  1. Please notify our customer service team at artistichomeware.canada@gmail.com within 24 hrs of receiving the order by email.
  2. You must drop off or ship the product back to the address provided by our team (Located in Dubai).
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will either:
    • Send you a replacement (if available), or
    • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Important Notes:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with will not be accepted for return.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returned shipments if they do not meet the above conditions.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment.
  • Refund processing time is between 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
  • You will be notified via email once your refund has been initiated.
