Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original packaging, sealed, and untampered with.
- Returns are accepted only if:
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The item is damaged upon delivery.
- The packaging has not been opened.
If your return request meets the above conditions:
- Please notify our customer service team at artistichomeware.canada@gmail.com within 24 hrs of receiving the order by email.
- You must drop off or ship the product back to the address provided by our team (Located in Dubai).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will either:
- Send you a replacement (if available), or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method.
Important Notes:
- Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with will not be accepted for return.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to refuse returned shipments if they do not meet the above conditions.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment.
- Refund processing time is between 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
- You will be notified via email once your refund has been initiated.
